Aron's Yoghurt cake

INGREDIENTS:

1 unsweetened yogurt
3 measures of flour
2 measures of sugar
1 measure of sunflower oil
20 grams of leavening
3 eggs
Ice sugar for the topping




TIME TO COOK

In a jug, put all the ingredients together and mix them using the mixer. The yoghurt pot is the measure for all the ingredients. When the mix is ready, pour it in a floured mould and cook it in the oven for half an hour at 180º degrees. Then take it off the oven and top the cake with ice sugar. Enjoy!


Laura Prefasi's Torrijas



INGREDIENTS


8eggs1litter of milkOil
250gr of Raw Cane Sugar
Cinammon
Sliced bread
Orange peel
Limon peel.


TIME TO COOK



First boil the milk with the some sugar , cinammon. the orande peel and limon peel. Beat the eggs in a deep boul and when the milk is bouling put some in a separate dish .Dip the slices of bread in the sugared milk and then in the eggs and fry them in a pan with boiling oil until they get golden brown and drain very well .In other plate put some sugar with canella and deep the fried bread .Finally place the torrijas on a serving dish and pour the mix of sugared milk so the torrijas become more spongy

Samuel's Yoghurt sponge cake with coconut 

INGREDIENTS


Three eggs
One yogurt
Two mesure of sugar with the yogurt recipient
Three mesure of flour
One mesure of oil
One mesure of grated coconut
An spoonful of yeast



TIME TO COOK

Add trhee eggs in a bol with the yogurt and stir with a spoon, then add the sugar and the flour and stir, then add the oil and the coconut with the yeast and stir.

Finally put the mass in a container and bake it for a 40 minutes at 180 degrees and then...ENJOY IT!!!! BON APETITE






Alba Bañuls' Caramel cake

INGREDIENTS

Base
1 Packet of bisquits
100 grms of butter

Cake
30 Candies
500 ml of liquid cream
1 Tub of mascarpone cheese

125 ml of milk
2 Packets of curd
2 Tablespoons of sugar.

TIME TO COOK

First crush the biscuits and melt butther Then put the dought into a mold and let cold

Meanwhile heat the cream and add the candies , the macarpone cheese and two tablespoons of sugar Then add 125 mililiters of milk and two evelopeds curd Later stir and mix every thing and then put into the mold and after that put it into the fridge

Berto's Cookies cake

INGREDIENTS

_Cookies

TIME TO COOK 

  1. First put some coOkies on a dish ;
  2. After that we take some ^^Nutella^^ and we put it over them 
  3. We can repeat this , couvert the sides with much ^^Nutella^^ 
  4. Finally we put it into fridge and we can eat
  5. ENJOY IT =__= ;)


Alba Martínez's Halloween Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

White cupcakes

3 eggs
1 yoghurt*
1 measure of oil
2 measures of sugar
3 measures of flour
1 packet of powdering flour
Black cupcakes

2 eggs
80 ml of oil
250 gr of sugar
150 gr of flour
50 gr of cocoa
1 little spoon of powdering flour
150 ml of milk
150 ml of boiling water
Swiss Meringue
4 egg white
Philadelphiacheese
220 gr of sugar
340 gr of butter  at room temperature
* We will use the empty yoghurt as measure

TIME TO COOK
White cupcakes
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC
•Just mix all the ingredients
•Fill the cupcakes capsules with the mixture
•Cook them  for 15 minutes
•Later you can fill them with jam or Nutella ….
•In this case I have use blood and worm eggs!!!!
Black cupcakes

•Preheat the oven to 180 ºC
•First mix the eggs, the sugar the oil and the milk
•Then add the flour , the powdering flour and the cocoa
•Add the boiling water
•Mix all the ingredients again
•Fill the cupcakes capsules
•Cook them  for 15 minutes
Swiss Meringue

•Heat the egg white and the sugar at the bain-marie till the sugar  get completely melted with the egg white.
•Pour  it into a  cold bowl
•Beat  till you get a firm meringue
•Add now the butter and  the “Philadelphia” cheese and beat again
•Fill the piping bag and decorate your cupcakes the way you like.

Andres' Recipe Cheese Pie


INGREDIENTS

3 eggs
pot of curd
can of condensed milk
cookies package
70 grams of butter

TIME TO COOK

  1. Beat, the eggs, the curd and the condensed milk two minutes to make a mixture.
  2. Melt the butter and add the melted butter in the pan.
  3. Crush the cookies, then make a dough with cookies. 
  4. Put the mixture of the above the cookies dough and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. To finish it add jam and let it cool on the fridge.

Emma's Recipe Lemon Pie


INGREDIENTS

A cup of condensed milk
A cup of evaporated milk
A packet of maria's cookies
Butter
7 Lemon juice

TIME TO COOK


  1. First grind the cookies and mix it with four spoonfuls of butter until get a dough then flatten it at the bottom of the mould. 
  2. Put the mould to the fridge. 
  3. Mix the condensed milk with the evaporated milk and the juice and put all the mixture on the mould. 
  4. Now you just have to wait three hours until it gets cool in the fridge. 

Santi's Recipe Swiss Roll

INGREDIENTS


3 spoonful of sugar
3 spoonful of flour
3 eggs
Black olives
Mayonnaise
Cheese
Ham
Serrano ham

TIME TO COOK

1. Beat the eggs the sugar and the flour during five minutes-
2. Put the dough in the oven eight minutes at 180º C.
3. Let the dough cool with mayonnaise and add the cheese, ham and Serrano ham, then roll it and put one black olive.
4. It´s ready to eat

Laura Tamurejo's Recipe Goffres




INGREDIENTS:

250 g of butter 
200 g of sugar 
2 spoonfuls of vanilla sugar 
5 eggs 
500 g of flour 
2 spoonfuls of powder yeast 
400 ml of milk 

TIME TO COOK

  1. Beat eggs until get sparkling 
  2. Add the sugar and the vanilla sugar Add the melted butter 
  3. Add the powder yeast and mix 
  4. Add gradually the milk and the flour and mix 
  5. Mix all the ingredients with a beater at maximum power until get at uniform dough 
  6. Put in a goffres machine until get left gold


Andrea's Cakepops




INGREDIENTS:
-2 eggs
-1 chocolate tablet
-125ml of milk
-220gr of flour
-120gr of butter
-200gr of sugar glass
-1 spoonful of yeast
-hundreds and thousands


let´s cook:


1. mix the eggs with the milk,after that put the sugar glass,the flour,the butter, and the yeast.
2. Later,put the chocolate on a plate on a pan and do a Maria´s bath.
3. Put the mix on a cakepop´s machine “ If you don´t have it,put it on the owel,10 minutes at 160ºC”
4. When the chocolate is ready,add it to the cakepops with hundreds and thousands
5. They´re ready for eat!

Maria's Recipe CUSTARD



  


INGREDIENTS: 

A liter of milk. 
A packet of Flan Potax. 
Eight spoonfuls of sugar biscuits.

TIME TO COOK 

  1. Take a cup of milk and add the contents of the packet, then heat the rest of the milk with eight spoonfuls of sugar. 
  2. When it boils, throw the cup with the milk and the cream caramel packet while you're stirring constantly. 
  3. Heat until it boils and stir it continuously. Let it boil for a minute and keep stirring. Remove from the burner, and share out in single dishes or put it in a deep recipient. Let it cool
